Save all of your empty milk jugs !!
One great use for them is to get HOT WATER: In the summer, fill a few and let them heat up outside in the sun. You can use the water to hand-wash dishes and wash your hands.

    A man told me yesterday to put pin holes in the bottom of them and bury them by the plants in my garden to keep them watered. You only have to fill them about once a week.

    I also use my Milk jugs as mini green houses over individual plants.
